You have the right to withdraw your consent to use electronic documents at any time. You may communicate your decision to withdraw consent by e-mail to support@My-payday-loans.net, or in regular mail sent to Zarvad III dba My-payday-loans.net, Centro Colon, 8 Avo Piso, officina 8-4,San Jose, Costa Rica. The notice will be effective when we receive it. However, your notice will not affect the validity or enforceability of any documents provided in electronic form prior to the notice, and will not in any way affect our rights under the payday advance contract to send an electronic instruction to your bank to withdraw funds from your account to settle the account. We will send paper documents to the address listed in your application unless you instruct us otherwise in your request for documents or notice withdrawing consent.

There will be no charge or fee for providing paper copies of documents relating to your payday advance if the total pages do not exceed ten (10) and you do not request a paper copy of any particular document more than once. A request for documents totaling more than ten (10) pages or for a particular document more than once will result in a charge of twenty-five cents (25) per page for all pages, paid in advance.

Your consent applies to all documents, notices and disclosures relating to this payday advance transaction, and any subsequent payday advance transactions with us, including this notice and all agreements to extend the due date of a payday advance or to renew a payday advance.

The minimum requirements for your computer equipment and software to view, print, send and receive electronic documents used in our program are the following: At minimum, a Pentium 100 or equivalent processor, 32 megs. of ram, 2 megs. of free space on your hard drive, 56k modem or similar device, attached laser or ink jet printer and a java enabled browser.
