How much am I able to borrow with a cash advance?

As a first-time customer you can borrow $100, $200, or $300. After paying off your first loan, you will then be able to borrow up to $400. Once you have paid off a $400 loan, you are then eligible for a $500 advance. This step-up process continues over time, increasing by $100 each time. Ultimately, you can borrow up to $1000!

How soon will I receive my payday loan cash?


If we approve your application by 5 pm EST you will receive the payday loan funds in your checking account the next BUSINESS DAY. Please be sure to give us your correct routing and account number to ensure prompt credit to your account.

Will poor credit or bankruptcy affect my approval?

Poor credit will not affect the approval of your loan. However, if you have filed for bankruptcy within the past year or if you have filed more than once, we will not be able to approve your application.

What is the cost of a payday loan?

The fee for obtaining a cash advance is $25 for every $100 that your borrow. Therefore, if you borrow $300 the finance fees would total $75.

What is the length of time that I’m allowed to keep the loan?

A payday loan is meant to be used for emergency financial situations. The average term of a loan is 14 days long, but may be shorter or longer depending on your payment choices.

How fast will I find out if my application is approved?

Based on what time of day you submit your application and the validity of your contact information, it is possible to be approved within minutes. We are open from 9 am to 6 pm EST Monday through Friday. You will need to consider our business hours when awaiting a decision.

My loan is due soon – what do I need to do?

You are required to submit a payment request online at least 2 business days before your due date. You can find more information regarding payments and due dates in the Payments section of this page.

What is the process for obtaining a payday loan?

The process is very simple and starts with the customer filling out and digitally signing the online application. After we receive your application, we will review your information as quickly as possible. You will be notified by phone or email you’re your application status. If you are approved, the funds will be deposited into your checking account the next business day (as long as you are approved by 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday). Please be sure to pay close attention to all emails that you receive from us, as they will contain important information about your application/loan.

Will you perform a credit check?

We do not perform credit checks as part of the application process. We do, however, verify your check writing/loan history with national databases such as Teletrack and TeleCheck.

What are payday loans?

A payday loan is designed to be used for emergency financial situations. We work very hard to be your top source for quick cash and we encourage responsible borrowing.

Will my application be approved?

Most people are approved for a cash advance, however, you MAY be denied for one ore more of the following reasons:

- You filed for bankruptcy within the past year or you have filed multiple times
- Currently not employed
- Insufficient length of employment
- You have an outstanding payday loan and/or unpaid returned checks
- Recently opened checking account
- Multiple overdrafts in your checking account
- Your monthly take-home pay is less than $1000.00
- You provide invalid or unverifiable contact information or reference information
- You provide invalid personal information
- You provide invalid checking account information
- You apply with a savings account

What is my due date?


Since this is a payday loan, your due date will be determined by your pay date. Payments are due every 10 to 14 days, regardless of how often you are paid. Depending on what time of the month you apply, the due date you are given may not coincide with your correct paydates. If you have a discrepancy with your due date we ask that you contact us to discuss the matter.

How do I change my due date?

Due dates can only be changed by a Customer Service Representative. Please contact us by phone or email if you need your due date changed.

What is a payment request?

Before each due date, all customers are required to submit a payment request online. All requests must be submitted 2 business days prior to your due date, unless otherwise noted. A payment request is a form which lets us know how much you would like to pay on your due date. Payments are not withdrawn from your account until your due date.

What is the minimum amount I’m allowed to pay on my loan?

The minimum amount due is equal to the finance fees you currently owe. If you originally borrowed $300 from us, the total amount due at the end of the contract period is $375. Therefore, the minimum would be $75.

How many times can I extend my payday loan?

You can extend your loan as many times as needed. However, keep in mind this is a short-term loan and should be paid back as quickly as possible.

When will my payment be debited from my account?

All debits will occur at 12 am in the morning on the day that you are due. You will need to consider this when selecting your due date (if you do not have direct deposit). Please call us to discuss any conflicts with your due date.

What are my repayment options?

We offer 3 different payment options, all of which require you to submit a payment request:

1) Pay the total amount due (fees will be waived if you are a Free Loan customer)
2) Pay the minimum amount and extend your loan with a NEW CONTRACT*
3) Pay more then the minimum amount and extend your loan with a NEW CONTRACT* (payment will initially be applied to the fees and the remainder of the payment will be applied to the principal amount)
*A NEW CONTRACT means: You are entering into a new loan period, which obligates you to pay the finance charge associated with your new principal balance at the end of the next pay period.

I failed to submit my payment request on time – what will happen?

If you do not submit a payment request by the deadline, then the total amount due will be debited automatically from your account. If you are a Free Loan customer, you will no longer be eligible to receive the Free Loan offer.

What happens if there are insufficient funds when my loan payment hits my account?

If your payment is returned to us, then a representative from our Collections Department will contact you to arrange an alternate payment. A collections fee will be added to your amount due, and can range from $25 to $75.

Will my references be contacted?

Yes, we must verify all information pertaining to references before your application can be approved. However, we will not disclose the name of our company. Please be sure you give us valid phone numbers.

How do I find out the status of my payday loan application?

The status of your application will be sent to you via email. If additional information is needed to process your request, we will contact you by phone or email. Please pay close attention to all emails you receive from us.

My loan is paid in full – when can I apply for a renewal?


Once your final payment is debited from your account, it takes us 5-6 business days to receive confirmation from the bank. After that period, you will be able to login to the Renewal section of our website.

What do I need in order to apply for a renewal?

In order to get a renewal, you will need to submit an application from the Renewal section of our website and sign the contract electronically. For your convenience, most of the application will be filled in already.
